Our forged pipe outlet products are available in various grades including carbon steel conforming to ASTM A105/SA105N and NACE MR-01-75 and stainless steel to ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316, and F316L. Upon request, we can also manufacture pipe outlet fittings in special materials such as 904L, 347H, Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel, Incoloy and Hastelloy series of metals. Branch outlet fittings are widely used in processing plant for sulphuric, phosphoric and acetic acids, pulp and paper processing, components in gas scrubbing plants, seawater cooling equipment, oil refinery components, petrochemical plants, and various other industries.
Our production range includes forged pipe outlets such as welding outlets, socket weld outlets, threaded outlets, lateral outlets, elbow outlets and nipple outlets. We can also manufacture and supply forged flanged outlet fitting in Class 150 to Class 2500 flange ratings. Lateral and Elbow outlets can be supplied in butt-weld, socket-weld, and threaded end connections. Weld pipe outlet is one of the most commonly used branch connection fitting. It is widely considered a buttweld fitting, as it is welded onto the outlet of the pipe. A welding outlet helps in minimizing the stress concentrations and provides integral reinforcement without the need for reinforcing the weld.
We can manufacture forged steel outlets in NPT threaded type or Butt-welding type or Socket welding type in conformance with international standards and certifications. We can manufacture and supply welding outlets and other pipe outlets in custom as well as variety of standard wall thicknesses (STD, XS, S 160 & XXS and special thickness). All our pipe outlet fittings are manufactured keeping in mind highest quality standards and are supplied with certification in accordance with EN 10204 3.1.
